My rationale for joining Low & Bonar was very simple. They offered the best of both worlds: a challenging role in a local factory and the opportunity to work in an international organisation. I really like experiencing different cultures and languages so I wanted to find a working environment to match. |
I did a Technical MBA in Holland, and following my first job as a logistics manager, I worked in customer services, where I had the opportunity to study for a degree in Purchasing: both of these experiences have been really useful in developing my career with Low & Bonar.
To me, Low & Bonar feels like a company that is going places. It has a real sense of direction and pace. My advice to anyone else in Low & Bonar looking to develop their career is to demonstrate strong performance at every opportunity and enjoy the challenge!
